How to access food support

Follow these simple steps to request a food or essential items parcel:
  1. Visit the Food Hub: Click the link below to view our list of available items.
  2. Select what you need: Choose the items you and your household will use over the next 7 days. Please only select what you genuinely need.
  3. Go to checkout: Once you’ve filled your basket, proceed to the checkout.
  4. Enter your details: You’ll be asked to provide personal information. This is required for us to process your request and is handled securely in line with GDPR. We know this can be a difficult time but we are here to help. Providing us with the information we need makes the process quicker.
  5. We’ll prepare and deliver your parcel: Our volunteers will pack your parcel and deliver it to your door. Please note deliveries are made on Wednesdays between 7pm-10pm and Sundays between 12pm-3pm.
  6. Missing information? We’ll contact you: If any information is missing, a team member will get in touch. We can’t send out parcels without all the required details.
 
Please note that as per our policy, you can make one food parcel request per calendar month only. If you require regular short-term support, please contact us via WhatsApp so we can discuss your situation and make appropriate arrangements. You can read our full Food Hub Usage policy here.
Referrals

If you’re referring someone:

  • Please fill in the form on their behalf as described,
  • Under “Referred by” include your organisation’s,
  • If you’re an individual, just enter your own.
